Defines the long-term institutional strategy, approves annual budgets, appoints Executive Committee members and oversees compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

Provides EFIACH’s day-to-day operational leadership, implements programmes, manages institutional partnerships and reports to the Board of Directors.

Conducts independent financial audits, oversees ethical compliance, handles reports and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Provides high-level strategic advice, opens dialogue with governments and partner institutions, and contributes to EFIACH’s international reputation.

Conflict of Interest Policy

Every member of management or the Board of Directors must declare any potential conflict of interest and recuse themselves from related decisions. The Audit & Ethics Committee maintains a register of declarations.

Anti-Corruption Policy

EFIACH applies a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption in all its forms. No undue advantage may be granted or received in the course of institutional activities.

Whistleblower Protection

EFIACH guarantees protection for anyone who reports in good faith a breach of ethical or legal standards. A confidential reporting channel is available through the Audit & Ethics Committee.

Confidential information relating to partners, beneficiaries and stakeholders is handled with the utmost discretion, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
