Planned Exhibition: Dialogue of Civilizations
EFIACH is developing a proposed exhibition bringing together works by UAE and French artists, intended to explore the shared values, creative dialogue and civilisational connections between the two cultures. The exhibition would present a curated selection of contemporary and heritage works reflecting the depth and richness of Emirati and French artistic traditions.
Objectives
The proposed exhibition would aim to: create a meaningful artistic dialogue between UAE and French creative traditions; present UAE contemporary art to international audiences; explore shared themes of heritage, identity and modernity; and foster connections between artists, curators and cultural institutions from both countries.
Proposed activities
The exhibition may include: curated displays of UAE and French artworks; artist talks and cultural encounters; educational programmes for schools and universities; catalogue publications; and associated cultural events.
