Proposed Cultural Advisory Role for International Events
EFIACH is developing its capacity to provide cultural advisory services for UAE participation in major international cultural and architectural events. This proposed initiative would position EFIACH as a resource for cultural expertise, supporting the UAE's representation at international events through institutional knowledge, curatorial guidance and cultural diplomacy.
Objectives
The proposed advisory role would aim to: provide cultural expertise for UAE participation in international events; support the development of culturally coherent and impactful UAE representations; contribute to the international visibility of UAE culture and heritage; and strengthen EFIACH's role as a cultural diplomacy institution.
Proposed activities
Proposed activities may include: curatorial and cultural advisory services; research and documentation support; coordination with UAE cultural institutions; and representation at international cultural events.
UAE government bodies, cultural institutions and organisations involved in international cultural representation.
International cultural and architectural events, with a particular focus on major biennales, world expositions and cultural festivals.
Cultural value
Cultural advisory services would enhance the quality and impact of UAE cultural representation at international events, contributing to the country's soft power and the international visibility of its cultural heritage.
