Become a Guest Conversation Leader
The Guest Conversation Leader is the heart of each Café edition. She brings a theme, a question, or a lived experience — and guides a group of women through a structured, intimate, and transformative dialogue.
The role
- Propose and develop a thematic thread for the conversation
- Facilitate a 90–120 minute dialogue with a small group of participants
- Create a space of trust, depth, and intellectual generosity
- Represent the spirit of the EFIACH Women's Cultural Café
Who we are looking for
- Women with expertise, lived experience, or a compelling perspective
- Comfortable facilitating dialogue in French, English, or Arabic
- Committed to intercultural exchange between the UAE and France
- Available to participate in the full edition (preparation + event)
Guest Conversation Leader

The EFIACH Women's Cultural Café invites women with expertise, lived experience, or a compelling perspective to apply as Guest Conversation Leader. The Guest Leader facilitates the dialogue, proposes the thematic thread, and guides the group through a structured yet open conversation. Submitting this form does not guarantee selection. EFIACH retains full authority over the selection process.
